Delete your Orb account

You can delete your account from the Android app, or request help if you cannot sign in.

In Orb 1.6.2 and later

  1. Open Orb and sign in to the account you want removed.
  2. Open Account → Delete account.
  3. Read the confirmation and type DELETE.
  4. Choose Delete account. Wait for confirmation.

Deletion is permanent. It removes your Orb cloud account and its monthly usage records. It also clears your Orb session, local profile, history and saved recordings on this phone.

If you cannot access the app

Email naveenpothu2728@gmail.com from your account email with the subject Ilo Orb account deletion request. Say that you want your Orb account deleted. We will verify ownership before acting. An email request does not delete your account automatically.

What remains outside Orb

Your Google account is unaffected. Text copied to other apps or the clipboard remains outside Orb’s control. Cached data on other phones must be cleared there. Provider backups/logs, support emails and legally required records may persist under their retention rules; see the privacy notice.

If a network error prevents confirmation, check whether you can still sign in or contact support before retrying. Private preview access codes have no cloud user account; use Log out and clear app storage to remove local data.
